I am working for a client where they have implemented Approve Purchase Requisition with a custom flow.The issue is happening at a user decision step and the PR stays in the list in FIORI after approving it. I have checked all the other things and after debugging it looks like an issue at the workflow side
Background : Custom workflow (for overall release strategy) has been setup to approve purchase requisition using a custom task which is a user decision step.
The workflow is setup specifically for the FIORI app. The user decision step has two options – approve and reject without any terminating events.
As per the flow, after user decision step it goes to the second approver.
Issue: The approver is getting the work items (Purchase Reqs) in SBWP and FIORI app well. When the user clicks on Approve or Reject the PR stays
in the queue and does not gets processed. However if the PR is processed from SAP GUI then it gets processed successfully without any issues.
