I have a client who upgraded from 8.81 PL10 Hotfix1 to 9.1 PL09. After we upgraded the system certain items (child items of BOM's) are not showing up when they attempt to drag the child item number over to the Sales Order.
If I drill into the item itself I can drag it over and see the transactions from the Item Master screen.
Why would this behave like this after the upgrade? Does anyone have any thoughts, is there some setting I'm missing?
