Rental Contract and payment every 3 months .

i have cycle in my business Rental contract  but  business case is contract every one year and payment every 3 months 

contract start date 1.1.2016

contract end date 31.12.2016

payment in months 3,6,9,12

i used sales doc type MV and item category MVN and billing plan type  02 Periodic

i want to billing one line item from billing plan to print billing every 3 month by the value .

any solution ?
