Cannot call service with URL

Hello

This is my first post in sap community, if i do something wrong please kindly tell me.

I've implemented display vendor balances app in sap fiori by following this link

but It show me an error like this

here is the error which I think it makes this app error.

and I've went to

http://<hostname>:<port>/sap/opu/odata/sap/FAP_VENDOR_BALANCE_SRV/$metadata

and it show me this
