I am an Abap consultant and new to Fiori. Our company launched Fiori apps through a third party vendor. Now my TL asking me to check on some of the followings, which is not working in Fiori PR approval.
1. The PR approval app is approving the PR, but cannot able to cancel the approval if approved by mistake. ( I mean in ME54n, if we release the PR and then reverse or cancel the release ). Is there a way to do this ??
2. The PR approval is not calling the already existing user exit ( ZXM06U31 - Display error message when PR creator is same as PR approver ). The user exit works fine in SAP R/3 but through Fiori it is not getting called.
3. Previously in R/3, there is no workflow maintained for routing to the approvers. My functional people said, they just configure in SPRO. Now the vendor created the workflow. How to find which workflow is used for this in Fiori.
4. We have so many depts. and heads to approve different PRs. So is it necessary to create different workflows based on the role and authorizations? or only single workflow is enough to maintain them all.
