I have next scenario, we have integrated C4C with SAP ECC, we have 4 Sales organizations and 3 sales office for each sales org.
As I understand, i did next steps:
1.- we created all neccesary org structures and org units in C4C under organizational management WC
2.- run COD_INT_MENU tx code in ECC in order to load sales org and sales office from ECC to C4C
3.- Under Data Integration WC replicate all sales org and sales office sent from ECC
4.- Edit Id mapping for integration in order to match sales
My question is If a new sales organization and new sales office are created, It is necessary create org structures and org unit in C4C? or there is an automatically process that create the structures in C4C?
2 o 3 new sales office are created per month.
