Connectivity issue to HCI from C4C

Hi,

i am new user of C4C and HCI, i am getting below error while doing connection check in communication arrangements.

1) when used basic authentication. i am getting below error.

Error accessing service Service Ping ERROR Not Implemented 501

2) in the same communication arrangements, i have certificate authentication both in C4C and HCI.. below is the error i am getting

Error accessing service; Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_BROKEN") ()

can some one help me out
