Regarding conveyance allowance budget 2015 issue

HI,

we have updated  budget related patch  on jan 2016 ,  we have run  jan 2016 payroll on quality server  it showing 12,800 instead of 19200/-.

dec 2015 it showing 9600, ( before patch update )

Jan 2016 payroll conveyance annual exemp . 12800/- ( after patch update)

i have maintained 800 to 1600 in V_T7INT9 ,   Please guide me for this issue.
