I have come through one requirement to create leave quota on month basis. Below mentioned are the 2 scenario
(1) For Contract employee one leave per month to be generated. Total entitlement is 12 days per annum
(2) For trainee employee leave quota to be generated as per below formula while total entitlement would be 7 days per annum.
( number of completed month of services/12) x 7 days.
