Orissa PTAX not deducted

Hi ,

We have gone live in month of Jan 2016. We have maintained all data from month of Jan 2016. However PTax for orissa is not deducted for following scenario.

Employee salary is more than Rs 17000 in month of Jan 2016 still PTax for an employee is not deducted.
