We've implemented the Track Sales Orders app. The items are displayed and the status indicators at the top have the correct indicator. In this example there is one ordered item that has status "In Process"
However, when we select that status icon, the following is displayed:
This is happening for all statuses. Whenever they're selected, the "No Data Available" message is displayed. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? I've searched SAP Incidents/Notes/SCN posts and not found any mention of this.
