Unpredictable email sending issue in ymkt Campaign

Hi Experts ,


We have created one static template & trying to use the same template for email campaign. One Target group has been created with member of 10 person .Its works some times for some people ,but not for all. Ideally everyone should get same email but this is not happing at all even sometime it’s not working as well.


When automation mail is sent to a mail group then also mail received on few users end not to all. Is there any such setting which we need to check? Currently in some cases we are getting mails in real time and some time with delay and sometime no email.


How can we check what happing in background if there was any blockage/ filtering in Outbound request

Please suggest
