Put task list components field Item Category POSTP modify option?

Dear All,

We need to identify on the general task list the consignement component. On the field Item Category POSTP I see the valeu " S Stock Item (Consignment)" however I can't modify is manually.

On IMG: Task list -> Control data -> Define Field Selection I do no find POSTP field.

Someone know how I can put on the task list components the field Item Category POSTP on modify option?
