Guidance needed- SDS Report Migration from Legacy, Emergency Data Sheet (TREM Card) in SAP EHS

Hi All,

Would like your guidance/Pointers on the following Topics:

• Approach For Migration of SDS Reports from Legacy System to SAP EHS Report Management
  1. We have a Legacy system to generate the SDS and are stored in SharePoint folder. we would like to migrate these SDS documents to the corresponding Specifications in SAP EHS as an One time activity.
  2. After completion of the migration, User would be Using SAP EHS to generate the Further Versions of the SDS.

• There is need to have Emergency Data Sheet (EDS) in EHS some countries-
  1. Any points if there are standard Report templates provided by SAP for this as part of SERC ?
  2. Any reading materials on EDS for Brazil ?
