You can save your function module test data into so called Test Data Directory in SE37.
We use it efficiently in live programs as automated storing of test data directory records (notes 519292 and 539978) .
Problem is that there becomes tons of entries in test data directory although we can control in our apps when we want that to happen.
We would like to clean test data directory once and a while. But not delete all.
In SE37 test data directory tool you can only delete single entry or ALL. You can't delete a set of entries or with filter. At least not in the SAP ECC version 6.0 I use (SAP_BASIS and SAP_ABA 700 SP20 no EHP).
I wonder if anyone have made own utility in order to mass delete test data directory entries in a selective way?
I had searched standard ABAP programs for deletion but not yet found one. I even debugged the test data entry deletion in SE37, but it seems it does not use a simple function module that I could re-use in my own program.
