I have an scenario where I have hundred of materials where each material header has only one BOM and one routing. The routing only has one operation and I need to massively assign the BOM components to the routing operation. I have created a working area in CEWB to do this but I keep having this error when I try to manually enter the operation in the "Component Assignments" view:
Assignment of objects to group operations can only be made in group mode
Message no. CPCC086
I wonder if you can please give me some guidance in how to do a simple component allocation to operation through this transaction, as I'm trying to avoid a BDC.
