How to get Working Day Count of a Resource from MRS system in SAP CRM Service?

Hi,

We are creating Work Orders for Services requested for Customer like WI-FI connection etc..(Telecommunication Process). For this we are running a program for the availability or absent days against a Resource.

Now i need logic to get Number of working days of a Technician/Resource for a specific duration.
