Maintenance plans - Several orders in one day

Hey Gurus,

I have a big problem that I can’t solve so I’m here asking for help...

In several maintenance plans, sometimes the each plan calls several orders in just one day, like the image above, and the ideia was to lunch an order each 160 hours:

As we can see above, the last measure document was from 09.04.2016

Does anybody knows why the maintenance plan are lunch several orders even if there isn’t any measure documents created meanwhile!?
