Automatic License determination.

Hello Expert,

I need to create manually most of the time. Otherwise my order not allowed to create delivery.

So what is the process for automatic license determination. So I do not required to create always manually.

I do not understand what is the use of this pgm./SAPSLL/UPLOAD_LICENSES (Upload license to GTS in CSV format) ?

And use of this Load determination strategy/Maintain determination strategy.
