Hi experts,
We are using strategy based general task lists for our preventive maintenance.
Our TLs include operations which in turn have one or more Measuring Points (as PRTs).
Our process flow is:
Notification is automatically created through plans (having TL as explained above).
An order is then created manually using this notification.
Our requirement is:
The operations from the TL should be copied according to the maintenance package and corresponding Measuring points (as PRTs) should also be copied to the order generated.
We tried following two approaches:
1. In SPRO Settings
Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Orders > Functions and Settings for Order Types > Define Notification and Order Integration> Assignment of operations to maintenance plan notifications active
After enabling this setting, Operations according to strategy are copied successfully in Maintenance Order, but still PRTs (Measuring Points) are not populated in operations.
2. Using Enhancement IWO10021
In this enhancement all the operations along with the PRTs (Measuring Points) of Gen. Task List are copied into the maintenance order but not according to the maintenance package.
Using both of the above approaches simultaneously cause data inconsistencies.
