BOFC SP Upgrade [ERP System Impact]

Dear All,

We plan to update BOFC (Financial Consolidation) to last support package. But we have some questions

We are planning to upgrade the BOFC (V10.0) system’s SP level from Sp14 to SP16 along with OS and DB upgrade.

[AS-IS] BOFC Ver: 10.0 SP 12 OS: Windows 2008 Db:oracle 11G

[To-Be] BOFC Ver: 10.0 SP 14 OS: Windows 2012 Db:oracle 11G

Hence we need to analyze the possible impact from ERP perspective becuse of BOFC system's OS/DB/SP upgrade. is there any impact from ERP system side. ? Current SAP ERP System: ERP 6.0 EHP4 please let us know what are the possible impact from ERP Perspective.
