Would love to get opinions on the following.
I want to create a basic list of Ticket statuses, all options need to be visible at all times.
This is my Schema:
and the schema has been linked to the ticket type.
When i raise a ticket now - the initial status is "Y2 - In Progress CSR" (which is wrong but I can live with it) and the only other status available is "Y4 - Pending Quality review"
Where have all the other statuses gone?
I have tried a number of things at this stage, and there is very little logic in how the system behaves
