My client has procured a license for SAP HCI and with that we have received a S user id. The issue is that my client has registered the same email id for the S user and one of his P user id.
Now when we try to reset the password for S user id, the system changes the password for P user and not the S user. We have raised an incident with SAP as well but any advice on how to approach this will be really appreciated.
