Service Call to closed status without resolution

Experts,

 

I have a client who uses the Service Call for lab analysis and they have a requirement to close the Service Call without having to set a resolution.

 

I looked at this Solution Tab and as all the lines are greyed out. You have to use the Recommend and New buttons to populate this tab. I was not sure of how to add a FMS to these lines that are greyed out.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
