Cannot Launch SAP EPM Excel Add-in from SAP BPC Web Admin running on Citrix

Hi,

We have SAP EPM Add-in for MS 10.0 SP25 Patch-1 running on Citrix and client Laptops. In both cases we are running 32 bit MS Office 365.

We have a strange difference comparing Citrix vs. laptop when launching EPM Add-in from Excel from BPC Web Console. When attempting this from the Laptop, we open the BPC Web interface in IE and launch the EPM Addin for Excel with no issues.

However, when attempting the same from Citrix we get the message:"Error Launching Office Client: Object Reference no set to an instance of an Object"

We have Citrix Xenapp 6.5 running on Windows Server 2008 R2
