workliad analysis error

Hi,

I'm trying to configure the RCA in a Solman 7.1 but system is displaying this error:

Check on LMDB is green and when i check on the system managed configuration is also green.

As per SAP note 1483508 - Solution Manager 7.1: Root Cause Analysis pre-requisites system meets all the pre-requisites

Does anyone know what could be happening?
