Can we directly apply 4.1SP07 Patch 5 on 4.1 SP03 Patch 02 environment for upgrade?

Confused looking at file sizes in Support packages download area, Can we directly apply SBOP BI Platform Servers 4.1 SP07 Patch 5 Update on 4.1 SP03 Patch 2 environment to upgrade? or Still need to follow the old process apply 4.1 SP07 update first and later 4.1 SP07 Patch 5?
