Moving Last Years Data as Baseline Data for Current Year

Hello ,

I have two different Non-KPI Measures. One each for Baseline and  Actual.

The variance percentage between the two feeds into as "Actual'" for a KPI.

The requirement is to move last year actual as current year baseline automatically when we move periods.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this using IDQL Procs.
