Capture codes with a 7th digit

We currently have reports that look at ranges of ICD-9 codes, i.e...(800-999). We need to update reports that look at ranges of ICD-10 codes as well. However, they are wanting a range of codes but where the 7th digit is either A,B, or C.

Example - (S00-S99) where the 7th digit is either A, B, or C. Is there a way to capture this in a formula or some type of logic?
