Hi All,
During a clean up activity the IBASE component was deleted by mistake , there was another entry available .But the deleted entry was associated with an ACTIVE project with almost 300 change documents in progress .Charm check looks green for the project but the IBASE does not populate with new requests and when selected manually under scope item it appears but we are UNABLE to GENERATE the CHANGE DOCUMENTS.
None of the actions on the change documents are working . Processing Logs show the method processed but Change document status remains unchanged
Already performed steps :
REREAD SYSTEM DATA in SMSY
REFRESHED the logical component
CHARM CHECK appears all OK
-No error's
Closed MAINTENANCE cycle and recreated new maintenance cycle .
Maintenance cycle tasklist looks good but URGENT Correction TASKLIST's are not working
Performed clearing inconsistent cycle for the project .
We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 .
Inputs on how to resolve the error will be much appreciated .
