Situation 1 –
We have situation where activities were planned on one operation for 3 hours at rate of Rs 120. But actual activity has been confirmed with 7 hours, now 7 hours should be charged with extra rate @ Rs 150 as per the agreement with labour.
I can change the actual working hours while confirming the activity via CO11N but how can I get the rate calculation of those 7 hours with Rs 150? (I believe I should not be changing the KP26 for such requirement, please let me know if I am wrong)
Situation 2 –
Another situation where ONLY extra 4 hours should be charged with rate of Rs 150? Not complete 7 hours. How can we accommodate this in SAP ?
Expert’s guidance will be very helpful on this.
