Missing method 'instance class CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.PrintOutputController

Hi.

I'm running Visual studio 2010 (developr PC) and use a webservice to perform creating of reports. (On an other server)

I'm facing a problem on printing by means of a netwerk printer (installed on an IIS server (Windows 2012 R2)

On the server SP16 (redistributable 13.0.16.1954) is installed.

When trying to print i get the following error:  

Missing method 'instance class CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServerControllers.PrintOutputController

CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc.ISCDReportClientDocument::get_PrintOutputConroller()' from class 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportClientDocumentWrapper

What am i Missing?

Anybody ideas?
